My Story 

I was a competitive swimmer who competed at many elite level competitions including the U.S. Open and the USA Swimming Grand Prix Series. I have been training clients for 16 years.  I have helped people lose weight and improve performance for sports, as well a number of other personal goals.  My specialty is working with competitive swimmers and triathletes, as well as high school athletes of many other sports.  I have a great deal of experience with these athletes, and I have developed specific programs to help them improve performance.  On the fitness side, my specialty is nutrition.  I have helped many clients lose weight and improve their nutrition for  long term results.

My current Mission is helping swimmers all over the globe achieve success through their Dryland Training.
